Prior to Dick Agencies, Heather worked in various customer service positions with Ducks Unlimited, Centra Gas / Manitoba Hydro and Manitoba Telecom Services.

Married in 1986, she and husband Gord have three active grown boys. When not at the sidelines of a son’s football, hockey or rugby game, Heather enjoys gardening, reading and summers on the lake.

Educated at Vincent Massey High School and Brandon University, Heather recently attained her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers designation in November 2009.
